1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bbjl5 platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, customer support services, and all associated gaming products (collectively, the "Service"), you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

2. Account Registration and Security

2.2 Account Credentials

3. Deposits and Account Funding

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and online banking are typically processed instantly and reflected in your bbjl5 account within seconds to minutes. Over-the-counter deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take 2–6 hours during banking hours. bbjl5 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your bbjl5 account must originate from a legitimate source and must be your own funds. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise. You must not use bbjl5 as a money transfer service or to launder proceeds of crime. bbjl5 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposits and to freeze, suspend, or close accounts suspected of involvement in illegal activity. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to meeting all wagering requirements, bonus terms, and KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests must be made through the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, bbjl5 will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

bbjl5 processes withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet, direct bank deposit) are processed within 2–6 hours during banking hours; credit/debit card withdrawals may take 3–5 business days. 4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits are ₱50,000 per day and ₱200,000 per month for verified accounts. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits based on account tier. 4.4 Withdrawal Fees

bbjl5 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of ₱100 per withdrawal. Third-party payment processors, banks, and e-wallet providers may impose their own transfer fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

bbjl5 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the bbjl5 website or communicated via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. Bonus eligibility is determined by bbjl5 at its sole discretion. Players who violate these Terms and Conditions, abuse bonuses, engage in fraudulent activity, or have multiple accounts are not eligible for bonuses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings. 5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

When playing with bonus funds, you are subject to maximum bet limits. The standard maximum bet limit is ₱200 per spin or hand while wagering a bonus. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Maximum bet limits are stated in the bonus terms for each promotion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

If termination is due to regulatory reasons or discontinuation of service, your balance will be returned to you.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Use bbjl5 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent;

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bbjl5 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from or related to your use of bbjl5 services, even if bbjl5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bbjl5's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your bbjl5 account in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

bbjl5 is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from: internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, third-party payment processor errors, software bugs or glitches, force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions), or any circumstances beyond bbjl5's reasonable control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bbjl5, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of bbjl5 services; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights; (d) your violation of any law or regulation; or (e) any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical conduct on your part.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your use of bbjl5 services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of bbjl5 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Your continued use of bbjl5 services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

14.2 Waiver

bbjl5's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and bbjl5 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.

14.4 Assignment
